CAD/CAM

In-house design

We model your piece before we cut it. You approve renderings and full-scale details — no surprises on delivery day.

3D

Relief carving

Sculpted surfaces, dimensional logos, and textures a straight cutter can't touch.

FINISH

Hand finishing

Sanded, stained, oiled, or sprayed in commercial-grade conversion varnish. The machine gets it close; hands get it right.

Demo, blocking, electrical coordination, scribe-to-wall install. Licensed & insured NJ general contractors since 2009.

Every project starts as a 3D model you sign off on — down to the rafter tails. What you see on screen is what gets machined, and what gets machined is what our crew installs.

Slat walls, fluted panels, parametric waves, carved topography — we machine accent walls in sections, then install them scribed tight to your ceilings and outlets, so the finished wall looks grown-in, not glued-on.

Marco Designs CNC is a family-run New Jersey shop that's been building custom work since 2009. We got into CNC routing because we kept being asked for things that couldn't be bought — a bar shaped to an odd corner, a door that disappears into a bookcase, a wall that looks like water.

Everything we ship is designed, machined, finished, and installed by the same small crew. That's the whole pitch: the people who cut it are the people who stand it up.
