We are currently 3D printing the largest residential home in the United States located in Palm County, Florida. We have been given the opportunity to undertake this significant project to demonstrate the capabilities of this innovative technology. With the assistance of Sika and our expertise in building, we aim to develop a product that will provide your home with a better chance of surviving the next natural calamity. Sika has introduced an exceptional product in the realm of 3D concrete printing, allowing their material to harden to 7300 psi, in contrast to standard masonry blocks that only reach a strength of 2500 psi. Our objective is to offer a superior product while minimizing our involvement in the construction phase, including aspects like siding, sheetrock, sheathing, and more.

During the design phase, you can create various design elements like accent walls, fireplace mantels, kitchen bars, shelves, and much more, and have them 3D printed, as demonstrated by this example of a fireplace mantle printed in place. Your creativity is the only limitation with this!
